• Coordinate closing
• Order or review survey, assessment letters and related documents
• Prepare or review customary closing documents
• Respond to telephone calls from you and the other party’s attorney
• Represent you at closing and monitor your contract compliance deadlines
• Perform post-closing examination of documents and transmit them to you
